Delvin Joyce, CLU, ChFC, RICP, is Founder and President of Prosperity Wealth Group, a financial planning firm based in Charlotte, NC serving clients throughout the United States.

Delvin joined the New York Football Giants as an un-drafted Free Agent in 2002 and made an immediate impact as the starting punt and kick returner. He retired from the NFL in 2005 and relocated to Charlotte, NC.

He joined Prudential’s North Carolina Financial Group as a Financial Services Associate in October 2006 and has held numerous leadership roles in Prudential Advisors including most recently, Managing Director of the South Florida Financial Group from 2012 to 2017. 

 
Kristen Eskew is a Business Development Executive at OneDigital, the nation’s leading strategic advisory firm supporting small to mid-size employers in group benefits and HR consulting. Prior to OneDigital, she worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Consolidated Planning, a prominent financial planning firm in the Southeast, where she served in leadership and spearheaded the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. 

Originally from Georgia, Kristen attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earning a B.A. in Communications Studies, and she now calls Charlotte, NC, home. She is a super connector whose passion for people can be seen not only through her work in business development, DEI, and talent acquisition, but through her community involvement. Kristen serves on the board of Neighborhood Hope and as an Ambassador for The Relatives, both Charlotte based non-profits.
